Chris Brown tweeted his F.A.M.E cover today on twitter, it was designed by pop artist, Ron English. The cover is highly animated and the artwork is set against a poster-covered backdrop with a portrait of the Chris striking a pose. His fourth album F.A.M.E., drops on March 22.
